I’ve worked with Michał for 3 years in Ardigen. In that time, I saw him transform one man project into a thriving 12 man team. This shows that initially Michał was able to attract the client with the quality of his own work and later was able to maintain that attraction as a product owner. However his contribution does not stop there. I had a chance to observe Michał while his actions transformed how the company is organized in an agile way during its intense growth. Towards the end, Michał became a mentor towards the other Scrum Masters and was able to identify reasons why Scrum didn’t fully function in some groups. This required a really inquisitive and analytical insight into interactions between the team members. Michał as a leader does not shy away from initiating and ideating, when he sees some interactions or processes that are crucial and do not function correctly.
