We need to increase R&D specific for Women.We need to aggressively address 40% of women returning from combat who have suffered from Military Sexual Trauma. (Invisible War)32% of that 40% population have at least one child. The staggering increase in homeless women veterans, suicide , PTSD, MST we must request more programming specific to women and their role in combat.
