I have worked with Micah during all of his 15 plus years with the company, first as his supervisor and later as a peer. Micah has a unique skill set that is often hard to find. He has incredible analytical skills while having a stellar ability to communicate, connect and develop people. I supervised Micah during his tenure as a store manager and not only did he insure a high level of customer engagement and sales performance but he was very in tune to assembling a strong staff, teaching them, holding them accountable and being a true leader. His ability to effectively analyze and act on business trends was evident from the start.
