I had the opportunity to hire Micah as an Account Executive for Dry Force and in a very short amount of time I could tell that it was a great decision. His compassion, drive, work ethic and loyalty make him a top performer and I see nothing but good things for his future. He brought to the table a go-to attitude with the intelligent insight to not only fulfill the immediate directive but to plan into the future and continue to impress. Whereas many Sales Reps can be like "a bull in a china shop" when given a goal, Micah is more of a chess player. He is thoughtful and plans his actions to not only achieve his personal goals but also to move the entire organization forward and ensure future success.
