As a recruiter with Vida Group my primary responsibilities are a mix of new business development (identifying and reaching out to new potential clients and working closely with new and existing clients to develop additional job orders) and recruiting account management, where I am responsible for: •Client intake calls - developing parameters for search •Developing concise, effective job descriptions •Sourcing and evaluating talent •Coordinating candidate/client travel and interview scheduling •Candidate interview preparation •Offer negotiation •Candidate on-boarding. I have experience working across a variety of key technical platforms (Linkedin, Salesforce, Indeed, The Ladders, Workable, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Office, etc) to manage these responsibilities. I have personally conducted searches and made placements across a variety of different industries (Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, Automotive, BioTech, Electronics Manufacturing, Building Materials etc.) and have worked on searches in the US, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
