Micah is an excellent Customer Relationship Manager. He has a great way of connecting with prospects as well as long-established customers. He has no problem doing the "grunt work" that is involved in pre-sales, from tracking down the phone numbers and email addresses of target accounts, to cold calling and trade show follow up.
