My responsibilities included the development and facilitation of a high school leadership development program, the planning and facilitation of a five week high school summer staff program, the facilitation and oversight of recreation and waterfront activities, assisting in the development of a camp social media presence, and numerous other camp related activities. Youth Director

As the Youth Director at PHCC, I oversaw program development and program execution for all youth departments (infants-high school). Working with a small staff of volunteers, I reviewed, obtained and taught sunday school lesson plans for children, lead bible studies, planned youth events (hiking trips, summer camps, service projects, etc.), mentored high school students, and prepared weekly messages (sermons) for high school and middle school youth group. I was also given the opportunity to preach for the PHCC congregation and participate in weekly leadership meetings with the pastors and elders.

Resident Assistant

As a Resident Assistant I worked on a staff of 10-15 students leaders and was responsible for the oversight of 15-20 freshmen and sophomore college students. My job duties included the planning and execution of floor and all area events, weekly meetings with students in a one-on-one capacity, the conveyance of University information, discipline of students, yearly building condition inventories, and numerous other leadership responsibilities.
