I used biology-based research techniques to determine mechanisms that regulate alternative splicing, particularly in muscle cells. The overarching goal of this research was to add knowledge to the current known mechanisms of degenerative muscle diseases. My research is now published in "RNA Journal", where I am listed as a co-author.
