In a dynamic organization devoted to lifelong learning, wear many hats to ensure our core values are part of everything we do. Working with and reporting directly to Executive Director, and working closely with staff at all levels, collaboratively build and lead a framework for sustainability and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI); embed that strategy within functional areas as an integrated part of management and operations, including such areas as curriculum development, cultural programming, exhibition coordination, and community outreach; and evaluate progress through tailored, meaningful criteria. Engage thoughtfully to determine staff and community desired outcomes/impact; establish objectives and milestones to achieve short and long-term goals; work across departments to create learning opportunities; evaluate initiatives; build teams; guide, support, and advocate for team members in implementation of action items that derive from common goals; report performance and gain feedback.
