Mia. Is. Awesome. She is one of the most strategic thinkers I've ever worked with. She always seems to have a well-conceived answer or solution to any problem, large or small. She's at once tactical and also high-level. She can come up with a broad strategy and then execute it. She's wildly creative, keeping up with digital trends and trends in the social space, with a mind for how to implement those trends on the social channels she owns. She seamlessly moves from strategic meetings, to calls about reporting and metrics, to jumping in and writing captions for Facebook in the brand voice. Mia innately knows what type of content will perform well on respective channels and the numbers and engagement on those channels are evidence of that. On top of that, Mia dives into collaborations and strategic planning that is outside of social media - she always comes with ideas large and small. She works closely with Ecommerce, direct response, brand strategy, and content marketing - bringing the voice of the consumer to every conversation. She's a cross functional superstar, an amazing human, who is so nice to work with, and it's been an absolute pleasure to partner with her at Bulletproof.
