   LAHORE FEEDS LIMITED Lahore Feeds Limited was incorporated in 1986 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017) as a Public Limited Company. Its shares are not quoted on any stock exchange of Pakistan. The principal object of the company is to manufacture and sale of poultry and cattle feed. My position and responsibilities are as under: Preparation of financial statements and maintenance of book of accounts according to best accounting principles, practices and statutory enactments; Prepare and file various returns and statements i.e. Sales Tax Returns, Sales Tax on Services Returns, WHT statements, income tax return to be filed with FBR; Responsible for day to day accounting and finance operations; Assist GM Finance in all the administrative and technical matters of accounts and taxation; Coordinate with the external auditors, financial institutions etc. Supervision of all financial transactions, bank reconciliations, monthly progress reports etc. Review and process payments to the consultants/vendors ensuring that these are in line with contractual obligations; Review and checking of all types of vouchers; Tax deduction and ensure that it is timely deposited to government treasuries; Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options; Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends; Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks; Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
