  Project Management, Costing & scheduling for Oil & Gas EPC projects and process equipment manufacturing including Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Process skid packages, Chemical Injection Skids, Pressure Piping, Offshore rig components, Steam transformers and Steel structure. Develop Project management plan for assigned projects starting from developing project charter till close procurement process, assuring that project is following standard project management processes and company's standard operating procedures. Monitoring job progress at all stages of the project through Primavera & Microsoft Project. Preparation of the budget, cost management, financial reports, Earned value management & qualitative/quantitative risk analysis reports. Preparation of material procurement Plans to support project buyer for the procurement. Planning and execution of site activities of assigned projects. Assisting in making the bids competitive, by providing all the technical and commercial support to Marketing and by performing a vital role in final techno commercial negotiations. Exercising pro-active role within the unit to ensure continuity and expansion of business. Show less
