Mia takes people leadership to another level. I don't know another leader that so obviously cares, nurtures, and fights for their teams' interests. In the year she reported to me in a new and challenging role, she always handled it with grace and tenacity while leading a small team of talented but difficult to manage individuals. During her time in her role as VP of Customer Experience, she significantly influenced the company's mindset through patient education and focused projects to show real value. Mia began working for Outdoor Cap following college graduation and progressed to become a Vice President, building an impactful career at Outdoor Cap.
