My responsibilities included the daily analysis of newly formulated oils and lubricants, followed by interpretation and reporting the results. I was also involved with evaluating and improving health and safety around the laboratory, and ensuring that quality control charts were kept up to date and continually monitored. Alongside day-to-day work, I had the opportunity to run a research project using inverse liquid chromatography to characterise fuel and lubricant additives. The project was carried out with the investigational analysis team, who aim to develop new methods and identify the factors causing problems encountered by BP customers. I have had the opportunity to attend and speak at numerous team and departmental meetings, company presentations and workshops. Show less

Whilst working at Cineworld Ltd, I held several roles as a team member. Screen cleaning was a fundamental task during my time here, and was carried out on a strict time limit to allow the smooth running of the cinema. I also worked on concessions, selling both tickets and food products and handling money. My main role was to welcome customers into the cinema, ensuring they were happy and offering any assistance if needed. Whilst working at Cineworld Ltd, I held several roles as a team member.
