I was lucky enough to have Mia take me under her wing during the three years we worked together at the ABC and we remain friends to this day. During that time she proved herself to be a gifted marketer and communications expert with a talent for managing end-to-end campaigns within the highly competitive broadcast media industry. I was impressed by her ability to deal with even the toughest producers and stakeholders – effortlessly – this is a skill not to be taken lightly! She was able to remain calm under pressure, while managing multiple projects and meeting impossible deadlines in time for the international TV markets. Mia is that wonderful blend of experience, pragmatism and creativity and ‘out of the box’ thinking that comes from working across many projects.
