  Entering the restaurant business taught me the importance of efficiency in a fast paced environment. I quickly memorised over 10 menu items and their preparation time in order to serve 50+ breakfast costumers with the highest quality and speed. I was honoured to be trusted with recipe development and food creativity by my boss. This was some of the most challenging but my favourite aspects of my time at Fork Deli.   Patience and time management were major skills I developed while teaching English to multiple children aged 9-14 while living in Italy. Being self employed, I managed to personally market my skills to various families and learned how to organize a payment amount and work schedule taking into consideration my employers’ school/work schedules and my own.
