I help solve individuals' issues by relating to them to better learn about their issue, where I then research and engage in persistent problem solving until the resolution is met. Being flexible in what communication style I use to catering to each customer gives them a more personal experience where they feel listened to, understood, and helped. As an advisor, I enrich the customer experience by being personable so the individual customer has a real connection with the larger firm and is shown that their issue matters. Furthermore, as I resolve their issue I educate them on the product or service so their future experience goes even smoother. Show less
