  I am an empathetic, kind and compassionate person who thrives caring for individuals, specifically those who are vulnerable. While working as a healthcare assistant, I have built on many skills including reliability, communication and teamwork. I believe that these skills are essential in all jobs, specifically those centered around care. I have many different job roles, including personal care, monitoring individuals' conditions, assisting with eating and drinking, as well as entertaining the residents by playing games, organising activities and chatting with them. I feel a strong sense of reward knowing that I am making a difference to the quality of life of the residents that I care for. Show less
