  Great Works is a digital advertising agency where I worked as Head of Production/Project Manager. I was responsible for coordinating the resources for the overall production at the agency and I was also the main contact for the clients, making sure that the project milestones and budget were kept.   I started my career at Spray as mail- and telephone support while finishing my University studies. After a couple of months I was offered to become a team leader and responsible for all the daily operations within the newly created Customer Service department. My main tasks were general HR tasks (recruiting, training, setting up teams etc.), reportingand analyzing service results, mapping out & improving work processes, ordering and supervising the implementation of a CRM tool. I was also project managing projects such as a data base merge, new member registration flow, permission marketing etc.When coming back from Germany (Lycos project) I started as a project manager at the Marketing Department where my main project was planning our yearly Summer Tour around Sweden. The work included planning the route, find sponsors, recruit staff, create promotion material etc.During my years at Spray I was also one of 5 members of a project group responsible for developing an internal Spray project model.
