  Provide analytical support to global transportation team managing $100MM USD spend of LTL, Parcel, Air, Ocean, Intermodal, Truckload (dry van and flatbed) and Private Fleet. Maintain LTL and TL "Carrier of the Year" scorecard program. Manage metrics for private fleet including on-time delivery, load utilization, backhauls, fuel expense, # of stops, etc. Manage exception process with third party freight payment company and resolve reoccuring billing issues with carriers. Update and maintain TMS system with current pricing and carrier preferences. Evaluate pricing proposals and develop costing models for new contracts and projects such as parcel zone jumping, new LTL hubs, and new wave planning within distribution center.
