Modern Arabic is a new company in Istanbul specialized in education. www.learnarabiconline.net It provides its product online which is a whole education system teaching Arabic language to foreigners with customization to Turkish market including mobile app, web interface and books using Turkish language as a secondary language in order to help the students navigate. After conducting the marketing research we found that we have two main segments: B2B and B2C. As a marketing director I'm responsible for: 1- Presenting the products for the two main segments and the its sub-segments according to their various characteristics. 2- Identify the company's positioning strategy through innovating the slogan describing why we are selling and who are our customers. 3- Supervising a constant marketing research to produce real-time reports to help us make future decisions. We do this by designing surveys vary with segments 4- Prepare, implement and control the marketing plan and its aspects. 5- Create the social network in order to establish our the community which we can accomplish through interacting with the customers and respond to their complements, suggestions and connect them together in this one community. Facebook, YouTube and Twitter are the main elements of the social network. In addition, I created the company's first advertisement and shape it to be a teaser and a guide at the same time through explaining the product's values picturing a wide range of characters selected carefully from the Turkish society.
