Contract technical architect at the State of California, Franchise Tax Board - Enterprise Data to Revenue (EDR) project. Subcontractor through CGI. As technical architect - played key role in releasing EDR technical architecture pilot to production. The pilot application provided an online portal where FTB employees could view and manage taxpayer data. This was a large integration effort involving many COTS products and custom Java EE architecture. As configuration management automation lead - implemented build and deployment automation for a variety of technologies and COTS products, as well as a custom tracking system that allowed users to automatically verify configuration settings and deployment levels across dozens of artifacts and environments.
