Integrations and PMO Intern

For one month, during the summer of 2019, I interned with the Integrations and PMO units at AmRest in Wrocław (Poland). During my internship I executed several simultaneous projects. For the Project Management Office I elaborated a communications and community building consulting project focused on the PMO’s communication with the rest of departments at AmRest and the generation of a project management community across the company. For the PMO team I also prepared and led a workshop to define the PMO’s mission statement and its values. In parallel, I worked with the Integrations’ team to design an integrations toolkit. The purpose of the document is to be a guide for any person or team involved in the integration process of newly acquired companies to know what to do and how to do it at any given stage of the integration.
