I reported to Meghan while working at Quality Bicycle Products. Meghan exhibits confidence and professionalism and is such an advocate for her team. She understands the ins and outs of QBP's goals, which contributed to the success of our events. Meghan has given me the tools to develop and grow as an event coordinator and a leader and is someone I look up to greatly. She is extremely flexible and reacts in a calm manner under pressure. We've been working in a remote setting for the past two years, but I miss working in the office and onsite at events with Meghan. She sets the tone and creates a fun atmosphere and allows her team to be their true selves! I am so fortunate to have worked with Meghan and am grateful to have her in my circle.

I have fortunate to work with Meghan the last few years as she heads the Events Team at Quality Bicycle Products. Meghan is organized, forward thinking, and flexible. Such qualities have manifested themselves in high quality dealer and vendor international events that were at or under budget, smoothly run, and on point to support the sales team's goals. Meghan leads her team with high expectations, deep compassion, and a strong drive to improve continuously. Personally Meghan is engaging, competitive and smart. Her work overseeing the Events Team has helped them to create industry-leading trade shows and employee events. It is a privilege and a pleasure to work with her.
