Lo conocí a Martín cuando iniciaba mi actual empresa WINKOW S.A. hace 5 años. Entonces era Gerente de Medios Audiovisuales de CAPIF. Martín trazó nuevos objetivos y desarrollos en la empresa que tuvo como objetivo ampliar la recaudación de los aportes devengados por los derechos de reproducción musical en el sector de la música ambiental del sector comercial, además de potenciar su tarea en otras áreas. Su acción permitió ampliar las posibilidades de desarrollo a empresas, que como la nuestra prestaban este servicio. Su estrategia fue parte de nuestro actual desarrollo como así también ocurrió con otros licenciados. Hoy CAPIF logró una identidad en el mercado que antes no había logrado.
