  Financial Reporting (Sime Darby Property and Motor Division) • Deliver General Accounting and Reporting services to Business Divisions in accordance with established General Accounting and Reporting processes and work procedures, and in compliance with Sime Darby Property's policies and procedures and relevant legal and statutory requirements • Ensure that the General Accounting and Reporting services are delivered within the agreed service levels, targets and stipulated time frame as defined in the GSC Finance and Accounting (F&A) Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Address and resolve queries or issues on timely basis and escalate complex queries or issues to the Team Lead / Assit. Team Lead as required. • Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, trend analysis, cost center checks and transaction posting checks. • Involve in month end closing – Post all month end journal transactions in tailored made software (IFCA) for Sime Darby Property and complete the month end/year end closing by transferring all the data into the Business Process Consolidation (BPC) Software and update any ad-hoc journal to finalize the closing process • Prepare monthly Audit Schedules for Year End Statutory Account and for Tax computation purposes. • Assist Sime Darby Property’s accountant in addressing issue related to the BPC software and for any journal entry related issue. • Prepare full set of financial statement according to the Sime Darby Property policies and guideline. • Prepare full income tax statement to be review by the Sime Darby Property’s accountant. • Perform basic monthly tax reconciliation and aging report for input in the ERP software. • Provide relevant supporting documents requested by company’s auditor. • Prepare quarterly Group Financial Accounts (GFA) to be reviewed by Sime Darby’s Accountant
