I have worked with Mezbah for more than 1 year. In those time period, I've seen him not only excel at the core elements of his job -- like training, driver community manage -- but also learn other tasks that extend well beyond the scope of her role, like report writing, training deck updating and etc. He has grown as quickly as Pathao has. He was one of the core members of a city (Narayanganj) launching team. I certainly miss working with him. I have only optimistic predictions for his career trajectory.
