  Fale Fale Shiksha Muhim — I was a community mobiliser in this project and it was a one year project where I was managing and supporting education related processes on panchayat level in a place called ogna whiccmh is my hometown in udaipur, rajasthan.My role was as a community mobiliser where I made 25 volunteers who were running a learning circle in their hamlets and those volunteers were known as kshmta sathi and each of them had around 15 children. So my work was to build the capacity and give workshops regarding how to integrate the children to kshmta saathi's and to intervene in their learning circle and to observe them for the smooth running of learning circles. To spread awareness and to connect the parents in the schools for the learning of their children. Organising meetings with them and connecting them with their children's learning. Show less
