  The central tasks in my current position are delivery of a monthly management reporting package. This report includes variance analysis of the financial performance for projects and departments and KPI’s like utilisation of personnel and equipment. I also hold monthly reviews of financial reports for department managers. My current employer is organised as a project organisation where the departments are supplying equipment and personnel to the projects. I also hold the role as super user for the newly implemented time recording system. I have been involved in the budget process which also includes calculation of internal cost rates.   In this job I had the overall responsibility for financial reporting for the activities of the Norway branch. This included P&L and Balance Sheet reviews and variance analysis, preparation of annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts as well as weekly cash flow forecasts, I was the contact person for external audits.
