  As part of Jyske Bank's IR & Sustainability department I created shared value through environmental and social projects. Together with all relevant internal stakeholders I developed and implemented a climate and environment strategy encompassing CO2 accounting on scope 1, 2 and partly 3 and UN's Sustainable Development Goals. I also managed a handful of social projects which aimed at solving societal challenges such as the need for more skilled labour, area beautification and local development, social exclusion, and reducing food waste. Working with a broad range of external partners; the public sector, NGO's, other private sector actors, and civil society has been rewarding and crucial in achieving relevant and sustainable results. The other half of my work consisted of communicating results through various channels incl. fx SoMe, the local press, and annual reports. I was also responsible for communicating ESG factors to various survey agencies incl. CDP in order to improve the organisation's ESG ratings.
