      I joined Palsgaard in September 2007 as Marketing Assistant/Secretary and have since advanced within the company to Marketing Coordinator in January 2009, to Senior Marketing Specialist in 2016, to Senior Brand Communications Specialist in 2022 and Global Brand Communications Manager in 2023. As Senior Brand Communications Specialist, I'm responsible for carrying out the marketing activities of global emulsifier specialist company Palsgaard A/S in relation to the company's overall strategy and the strategies for Palsgaard's individual business areas within food and bio-speciality additives. My tasks include: Managing the creation process and publication of global branded content development for on and offline for the Palsgaard® and Einar® brands across various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters and various sales tools Brand Guardian for all global brand communications and project lead on major brand campaign developments (i.e., corporate films, trade shows, advertising etc.). Co-ordinating global brand executions - alignment to brand guidelines + sparring on creative. Manages relationships with PR agencies + advertising (in line with campaign planning).
