I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan as an expert in his field. His knowledge and experience in the industry shine through when he is tackling the task of recruiting for MetLife. Ryan was the first point of contact I had through the company recruitment process. He was professional, highly engaged, makes you feel at ease and provided all the information needed. He always updates on the latest situation and answers (or finds out the answers) to all the questions you have. I worked with Ryan for 1.5 years or so at Jigsaw and was impressed with his ability to match the requirements of clients with the skills, experience and requirements of candidates. Ryan built up a very good understanding of the insurance claims and legal markets in a short space of time and worked hard to fulfil the brief for each client. He has a great personality and interacted brilliantly with clients and candidates alike. I was very impressed with Ryan’s adaptability and he was always willing to recruit for any role, even if the specifics were outside his immediate knowledge. Ryan is brimming with enthusiasm in all that he does and is also a lot of fun to work with. Recruitment is a people business and Ryan is without doubt a great people person. I know he’ll be a huge success in his new role.
