It was released to a sold-out launch concert, topped local charts and charted regionally. • Performed at SEA Games 2015 Opening Ceremony to a live crowd of 40,000, and a television audience across 11 different countries in the South East Asian region, which grew the band’s name recognition beyond the local scene. • Organised and executed a five-day “Amy(Gdala)” EP tour in South Korea, including a performance at Zandari Festa, South Korea’s largest music festival. This helped further develop the band’s audience in South Korea and served as a valuable opportunity to further develop relationships between the band and festival runners from around the world, Korean music producers, as well as Leeway Records, a Korean record label through which the band distributed their music. Some deliverables from this project include a five-year road map for organisational transformation, as well as an onboarding tool to be used by over 10,000 new businesses yearly, among others. • Managed a team of 15 staff during the peak period for Individual Tax filing to assist the transition of taxpayers onto a mandatory 2-Factor Authentication platform to perform their electronic transactions. • Coordinated and led several innovation projects to streamline and automate low-value internal processes within the branch. Innovation tools such as ideation workshops and design sprints were used in several projects. The reduced inefficiencies from these projects freed staff up to engage in higher-value projects.
