In my role as Head of retail operations I was director of buying, handling brand selection, overall concept development, sales management, customer experience, budgeting, analyzing sales figures to determine the optimal stock levels, chain guidance, marketing, digital marketing, human resources, recruitment, director of shop managers and logistics, organizing campaigns and events. Responsibilities also included negotiating contracts with new suppliers and agreeing on terms of co-operation. Stores located also in Kokkola, Rovaniemi, Seinäjoki and Jyväskylä. Mick's had an online store during years 2013-2019 (www.micks.fi). My position contained coordinating our e-commerce content and leading my online team.
