  • Researching and enhancing product feature set and quality based on customer needs, offer them innovative solutions with FIBC (Flexible Bulk Containers) standards and co-extrusion films for Food, Drugs and oxygen sensitive products. • Offer new features and improvements and guide customers to lead their expectations in terms of cost savings, regulations and evolving global standards. • Continuous improvement of products (various type of yarn and fabric, Co-extrusion films (produced by 3-layer and 9-layer Co-Ex machines) and barrier films (gas barrier, vapor barrier etc.) and Flexible Bulk Containers i/o big bags.) • Lead new product development and change management projects on labor-intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing. • Continuously communicate with organizational levels with internal and external stakeholders to understand the customer needs. • Training and mentoring new employees in both local office and offices abroad. • Ensuring the products always compliant with FIBC standards (IEC and UN regulations).
