Working in the European distribution arm of ITS Inc, I am the first point of contact and enquiry for our customers and I believe in doing my best for the customer and giving them the best service possible. I process all orders coming in via email, phone and from the company website. I handle all aspects of company accounts, credit cards, reconciliations, payroll, payments, receipts and debt recovery. Reporting directly to the General Manager - acting as a PA, keeping the diary and filtering calls. I also report to our parent company in the USA. Using QuickBooks currently and have used Sage. I order all stationary, warehouse and office supplies. Track stock levels, order product. I organise the companies attendance at several trade shows per year in the UK and Europe.
