I worked with Merle as our account manager during the period of change over following the Nortel acquisition. Merle is a very personable individual and demonstrated a high level of care and empathy. When called upon to provide assistance to arrange demonstration equipment at our Annual Convergence Summit with the latest technology Avaya were just launching to market she managed to pull out all of the stops to secure the latest and greatest technology for our stand, this was very much appreciated by me, my team and our audience.
