-Managing 200+ SKUs with 30 mio TRY inventory value and 200 mio TRY purchasing volume with more than 40 different suppliers.-Handling daily supply chain operations from supplier to production, internal coordination with production and demand planning.-Initiating and contributing the continuous improvement projects: - Tracking CO2 emission and improve the supply chain accordingly - EDI/ASN improvements in supplier - Implementation of VDA labels in supplier for automatic good receipt-International Production Network Source Coordination: - Coordination for Bosch China, Blaichach and Bursa plants - Supplier capacity tracking and bottleneck management - Collaboration with purchasing teams for supplier capacity increase - Material allocation responsibility between plants with considering optimization of stock level and special transport costs- Supply planning responsibility about new production line projects: - Communication with quality, prodcution, purchasing teams for material availability according to serial/trial production - BOM and MRP maintenance for new parts and suppliers
