If you are fortunate enough to have her as your HR rep, you will realize that Merissa will take strides to ensure you a selected for the job if you are the right candidate. She really cares about the work she does and will even be available outside of regular working hours if there is something important to discuss. As one of the people that she helped secure a job, I can say that she made the whole process feel very smooth.
