Responsible for managing various company contracts on behalf of TRGroup Inc. to include employee relations, new business proposals, and existing purchase and/or service contracts. Working in conjunction with the Operations Coordinator as a liaison between the company and its business partners (commercial and Government) to discover contract opportunities, establish contract requirements and deliverables, and ensure that production goals stated in the contract are ultimately met. • Assist & ensure an open collaborative environment exists both internally and externally regarding client relations for contract drafting, negotiation, and award. • Resolve conflicts that arise on existing contracts in the business unit • Knowledgeable regarding various state and federal government programs and regulations (i.e. SBA 8A, MBE, HUBZone, GSA, FAR, etc.) and advise on related opportunities • Coordinate with all levels of management to analyze contract strategies • Provide review & oversight for all existing contracts • Assist in maintaining/ensuring the appropriate standardized use of contract terminology for all contract documentation. • Make recommendations for beneficial sourcing and procedure • Oversee contract closeout procedures after assuring all terms and conditions have been met • Coordinate with financial department to assist with payments and contractual deadlines. • Prepare contract modification notices • Monitor contractor performance to include the reporting/status-of contractor and owner deliverables. • Organize meetings with management upon any contract change to address overall impact and potential risk exposure. • Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts. • Maintain detailed and organized files utilizing TRGroup Inc. internal file structure. • Ensure contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and Government regulations. • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
