I prepared papers for publication by copyediting, fact-checking, and proofreading using the Chicago Manual of Style and an in-house style-guide. I then assisted in disseminating publications by collaborating with IPI's authors, web developer, and social media team under the supervision of IPI's head editor. I helped to create a new project wherein I write individual quizzes for each paper to drum up interest on social media when the paper is published. I was also solely responsible for a project in which I compiled information on various research methods to create in-house research guidelines. I managed IPI's library and subscriptions to newspapers, magazines, and academic journals by keeping track of financial records and levels of readership within the organization. I also created a monthly newsletter that briefly summarized new articles from our subscriptions that were relevant to IPI's work.

I helped refugees who had recently moved to the United States feel more comfortable in their new environment by working with them to improve their English skills. I did this by finding worksheets and drills to help them have a better understanding of English grammar and by designing and conducting reading comprehension and writing exercises. I was responsible for a large project to compile and organize all of the briefs from cases that had been completed in previous years. I then collaborated with members of the Supreme Court Library to ensure that all briefs were accounted for and prepare for them to be disseminated to various locations across the country. I fielded calls and answered civilians' questions as part of the first point of contact in the Supreme Court Clerk's Office.
