KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall duty of providing technical support in the planning, implementation and reporting of monitoring and evaluation of program activities to AMREF GF R10 which did include:- - To provide direction and technical support in the planning and implementation of M&E activities under the program including trainings, orientation, planning and participatory review meetings, Health and Community Dialogue Days and Integrated Link Health Facilities Outreach. - To involve other program stakeholders, who include Ministry of Health, Provincial Administration and the target population in program activities as well as making relevant recommendations on issues concerning community malaria control. - To develop, implement and establish systematic monthly reporting procedures for M&E for monitoring and to assess programmatic progress (monthly and quarterly). - To assist in developing M&E material including referral forms and reporting tools used by Community Health Workers during monthly field visits at the household level for purposes of monitoring progress of key program indicators. - To provide technical assistance to link health facilities through supportive supervision, including review of performance, on-the-job mentoring and quality service delivery by the Community Health Workers. - To develop, implement and analyze targeted evaluations of the program. - Preparing timely, reliable and consistent monthly and quarterly programmatic and indicator- target reports in line with the performance framework to the Principle Recipient (AMREF). - To prepare activity payment and withdrawal vouchers, update daily financial expenditure records and assist the accounts clerk in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports. - To rapporteur and prepare reports for AMREF GF R10 Stakeholders Quarterly Programme Progress Meetings.
