I used tools such as Box, Canva, and Meltwater to create visually appealing content aligned with CCI's brand kit, resulting in increased user interaction and enhanced brand visibility. I also took the lead in spearheading promotional campaigns for the nonprofit's new website launch and fellowship program, achieving significant results, including a ~25% increase in website traffic and a ~10% growth in program applications. Additionally, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts that aligned with our organizational goals.
