Mercedes Coy was an asset to the sales associate team at Old Navy. I supervised Mercedes at Old Navy when I was the Operations Manager; Mercedes brought a fresh perspective full of ideas and an inviting demeanor that reinforced teamwork. While developing in her role, Mercedes implemented the foundation of a modern style approach for the opening of Old Navy Credit cards, she was one of the top credit card openers at our store location and helped her fellow associates to improve the numbers at our store leading to her role as a Credit Card Specialist. Mercedes has excellent customer service and problem-solving skills and has demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to multitask, flexibility, and was able to work extremely calm and well under pressure.
