• To attend the kick off (pre-fabrication) meetings and to save the minutes of meetings. • To prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP) in accordance with project specifications and International Codes and Standards. • To prepare weld maps and weld matrix. • To Review the Project documents, like drawings,project Specificatinos,material test certificates. • To verify Material test certificates in accordance with ASME-II. • To prepare the welding procedure specifications and conduct procedure qualification tests and welder qualification tests. • To prepare method statements for different activities in project execution in accordance with project specifications and International practices. • To ensure the inspection of materials in accordance with project specifications and ASME-II • To ensure the material identification by transferring heats to all pieces taken from same heat. • To ensure the material compliance with project requirements. • To ensure all inspection activities to be in accordance with ITP. • To ensure the NDT activities to be carried out according to project specifications and ASME-V. • To ensure the Documentation of the different activities to prepare manufacturer’s data report (MDR). • To co-ordinate with Clients and third parties to carry out smooth execution of the projects with specified quality standards. • Identifying the inspection, measuring & test equipment and maintaining their calibration status . • Monitoring pre-heat and PWHT for procedural compliance. • To carry out and witness Hydro tests, and pneumatic tests. • Maintaining the stage wise inspection & final inspection records. • Issuance of non-conformance reports (NCR) and follow up until closing. • Preparation and review of Final Dossier and Submit to Clients. • Preparation of all the documents related to Internal and External audits.
