  At STT Products we design and develop smart technical (automation) solutions for the production of medical devices, high-tech products and consumer electronics. Our team has a broad knowledge in the field of machining, precision mechanics, mechanical engineering, software and mechatronics. We execute the entire product and machine development process. From inventory, pre-engineering, prototyping to realisation, optimisation and installation. In our designs we follow the principles of Smart Manufacturing. Entrepreneur Mentoring Service (EMS)

  In the EMS program, I am active as Mentor. Entrepreneur Mentoring Service focuses on ambitious and impactful Frisian entrepreneurs who provide innovation and employment. EMS is a (still growing) community of entrepreneurs and executives who, according to the MIT Venture Mentoring Service model, form the foundation of the program. The core of the EMS program is group mentoring. Entrepreneurs admitted to the program are assigned to a group of 2 or 3 mentors who best suit the needs of the entrepreneur. Together we are stronger, we know more and we can stimulate the region and entrepreneurship. The mentors are selflessly committed to empowering the next generation of top entrepreneurs, to grow and innovate. A strict advance selection for both the mentor and the entrepreneur (mentee) ensures commitment and support. The network of mentors also connects the top Frisian entrepreneurs. In addition to passing on knowledge, a community is being created that ensures renewal in the region. A think-tank that puts regionality, service and innovation first. We are there for the entrepreneur, both SME and start-up, with the ambition to grow. When the companies move on from of their idea phase and operate with turnover, they fit within the EMS program. In order to participate, an intake interview is first scheduled with our lead mentors. The same requirements apply to both mentors and mentees, quality is paramount.
