In charge of the data curation pipeline since initiation, responsible for data scale & integrity - the essential concern of the development of world's largest scRNA-seq database (over 2000 datasets) 2. Used the established pipeline to access, curate and validate scRNA-seq data from keystone publications, and taught over 40 interns to implement our curation pipeline according to standard operating procedures (SOP) 3. Tested and applied the cut edge algorithm and python or R packages into our pipeline, like MuSic deconvolution, Scibet, ect. 5. Inspected the curation workflow, then improved with standard operating procedures (SOP) including tutorials on github, templates in jupyter notebooks and videos 6. Recruited and managed over 40 interns to implement our curation pipeline, which creates about 60 datasets per month with the quality guarantee 7. Presented our database (including the content, structure, and theory) to more than 5 top pharmacy industries in the world, and provided technical supports anytime 8. Prepared use cases about the database with matching visualization platform - OmniBrowser to demonstrate the valuation and potential of deep dig of our database 9.
