  Alabama Medical Group, P.C., is a multi-specialty physician clinic that has been providing quality healthcare in a compassionate environment since 1946. As the largest independent physician-owned multi-specialty clinic in Mobile, our clinic employs nearly 200 staff members. We take pride in creating an environment where our physicians and team members provide individualized, quality care to our patients. As finance director, I am responsible for directing fiscal activities, including accounting, payroll, budgets, audits, and the preparation of regulatory agency reports, and ensuring that the necessary systems and procedures are in place to maintain efficient financial control. I prepare financial and compensation budgets for Alabama Medical Group, P.C. and provide an ongoing analysis of budget variances to assist our physicians and CEO in implementing changes needed to achieve budgeted goals. I work to ensure that financial statements are completed timely and accurately, and all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis. Show less
