  ● Product & Mandate Support: Reviewing the contracts for products & mandates. In charge of choosing custodians and negotiation of custody agreement & memorandum of operation independently. Assist sales to analyze and implement client's requirements. Take part in preparation of launching Taikang AMC’s first QDII PE investment product and QDII mandate. ● Account Management: Responsible for management and opening all foreign currency accounts products and project investments required (bank accounts and brokerage accounts), and monitor account opening progresses with onshore & offshore banks and brokers. ● Alternative Investment Support: Assist on the equity or infrastructure department for cross-boarder and offshore investment projects. Review the deal agreements and SPV resolutions. Understand and plan the transaction structure and funding path, and ensure the closing of the investment. Liaise with internal management department and external auditor for each project’s valuation methods. Keep updated on foreign currency regulatory policies. ● Insurance Funds Investment Support: Responsible for communicating the operational processes for insurance funds investing in new targets (new instruments & new markets) with investments, and promote the implementation of the investment by coordination with internal and external parties. ● Ad hoc Issues: Liaise with all parties to resolve outstanding and urgent issues for QDII products and insurance funds investments in a timely manner, ensure investment, trading, clearing and accounting aspects proceeding smoothly.   1. Innovative Products & Businesses Support: Support on the cross-border related and offshore projects from operation perspectives. (e.g. ODI project) Being good at solving difficulties and scheduling operation process of new products, businesses and investment instruments in the subject project, and keep existing operation process of continuous improvements. 2.
