I worked with Mendy on the Consumer Team at Stanley Black & Decker, where she held multiple Channel and Product Marketing roles. Mendy is smart, detail oriented, passionate and hard working. She has in depth experience in sales, marketing and product development and is a strategic thinker who looks at the big picture and works across teams to achieve goals. As a Product Manager she responsible for the development and launches of multiple successful new products. As a Channel Manager Mendy gained new listings with our retail partners and created promotional strategies to drive sales and take share from our competition. She is a great team player as well, often spending time coaching newer team members regardless of whether they reported directly to her. Mendy would make a great addition to any organization.

Having worked with Mendy in a variety of roles within the halls of Stanley Black & Decker, I was fortunate to not only call her a colleague, but also a friend and mentor. Mendy always brings an energy level to everything she tackles that is infectious, and when she commits to anything, it simply gets done. Her creativity, work ethic, follow-up, organizational skills, and long term strategic planning are second to none. I not only learned a tremendous amount working beside her, but also utilized her experience and industry knowledge as a sounding board when making big decisions. She was my go-to person for advice, and I would fight to have her on any of my teams. She is a valuable asset in a variety of ways and I would highly recommend her.
